NORMALLY OPEN
("Make" Switch)
These models are "OFF" until the pressure reaches a designated rating. Commonly used to start an
hourmeter or to energize (with a relay) the alternator field of a diesel engine.
NORMALLY CLOSED
("Break" Switch)
These models are "ON" until the pressure reaches the designated
rating. Commonly used to activate a low pressure alarm or "Idiot" light.
