Lifting eyes are made of cast 316 stainless steel, for lifting
craft with overhead cranes. These lift rings are designed to
be attached to threaded stainless rod that is in turn solidly
anchored to the keel. They are not designed to lift any boat
by attaching them to the deck. Maximum working loads:
these figures have been determined on the basis of the load
being applied in the direction of the axis of the shank for
each eye listed. 6098 takes No. 10 screws. 6099 takes 1/4"
screws. Bolt size is 5/8"-11, NOT included. FIG 3353
