Outboard Steering Kits

Complete front mount outboard hydraulic steering package. Designed to fit nearly every two and four stroke engine avail-
able (see application guide Outboard Cylinders), this system is built to last using durable and corrosion resistant materi-
als. This system has 4.5 turns to lock and is a direct replacement for Sea Star ® systems. Also available in twin and triple
engine configurations.

OIL15 Hydraulic Oil – 2 quarts
(1/2 gallon)
Kit OB hoses are recommended.

The difference between the No. 1 and No. 2 is the
connecting arm on the cylinder. See chart on next page

This compact design helm has a ball bearing piston race, stainless steel shafts and cast iron rotors. It's available in three different dis-
placement sizes with an integral relief valve for over-pressure protection (1000 PSI setting), built-in lock valve for positive rudder lock,
bronze cylinder block for greater durability and longer life and a front of dash fill. It has a 3/4" taper shaft and 1/4" male IPS x 3/8" tube
fittings INCLUDED. Front mount helms are drop in replacement for SeaStar ® helms.
