The 1700 Series water heater is the successful synthesis of new ideas with proven technologies. These units have a modern attrac-
tive polymer jacket that will never corrode or rust and is impact resistant. The 13-gallon per hour dockside recovery rate is comple-
mented by CFC free polyurethane foam insulation of the glass lined tank cap. Includes a replaceable magnesium anode to protect
tank and neutralize acids in the water. The new heat exchanger design is over 7 feet in length and is evenly coiled throughout the
interior of the tank. Standard features include 75 PSI temperature, pressure relief valve, 1250-Watt immersion type heating element,
ignition protected adjustable thermostat with thermal overload protection. Tanks have a 5-year warranty. Hot and cold connections
are 3/4" male NPT, heat exchanger connections are 3/4" female NPT.

UL-Listed 6-, 11-, 20- and 28-gallon hot water heaters with heat exchangers are now available in two exterior finishes. A new marine-
grade scratch-proof, brite-finished galvanized cover is available for standard application. Where an upgraded appearance or more
resistance to the environment is required, a marine-grade stainless steel is offered. All units are lightweight, offer ignition protection,
have dual wall heat-exchangers and feature corrosion-proof mounting brackets attached to the internal tank, rather than the exterior
cover, for secure, safe installation on board. Tank is constructed of 3000 3H-14 food/chemical grade aluminum and is coated to pre-
vent corrosion. Water tank heats up quickly, is insulated, holding temperature with a thermostat and limit switch. Units are supplied
with relief valves and 90 degree, 1/2" drain valves. All INCLUDE heat-exchanger and are set-up to accept 5/8" diameter hoses from
engine. Requires a 15-Amp fuse.
